JIRA for Outlook uses an own licensing server to control the Outlook clients.
So when purchasing from Atlassian marketplace, the JIRA admin needs to update our license server as well.
Check your license status
Go to the JIRA admin area and switch to "Addons". There select the link "Outlook App for JIRA". You may need to login to see the license status.
There are 3 license status:
- Active: everything ok
- Trial: you are still in a trial period
- Not Licensed: Your Trial has ended and the Outlook clients will soon or have already stopped.
Update your license
If the license status shown above does not reflect the actual license on your JIRA, please press the refresh button to sync the latest license information to our server.
