Yasoon does not launch - Click2Run issue


Yasoon does not launch - an error is displayed. You are using Outlook 2013.

Attention: If you have just uninstalled the preview of Outlook 2016, and are receiving this error, please follow this special guide


You are using Outlook Click2Run, which is missing some necessary configuration. It's also possible that the configuration was damaged by another Outlook addin (e.g. Salesforce for Outlook).



You will need to fix your Outlook configuration. To do this, please download the correct file in the table below. The values you need to determine the correct cell are shown in the yasoon error message. If you are not using Outlook 2013, please contact us before continuing.

Please extract the archive and double click on the included file. Windows will ask you to confirm the changes. Afterwards, please restart Outlook.
